Arbitration

• Buyer agrees to assess used vehicles on accepted industry standards and normal obsolescence is expected.

• Arbitrations MUST be called in to Frontline Solution within 48 hours of delivery.

• Unless offered as "Certified", Aftermarket Sounds Sytems, Wheels and Tires are acceptable.

• Brake pads of less than 50% are arbitratable.

• Tire tread of less than 5/32 are arbitratable.

• Any paintwork/ body work must be disclosed or is arbitratable.

• Altered suspension (unless otherwise disclosed) is arbitratable.

• Any Power item in Non-Working Condition is arbitratable.

• Vehicles in Arbitration will be put on hold for cashing titles until arbitration is resolved.

• A $100 Arbitration fee will be assessed on all "False" arbitrations!

 

Arbitration Resolutions

• An adjustment may be made to the final sales price. Both parties must agree and the auction will be notified.

• The vehicle will be inspected by an Arbitrator that will make a decision.

• The Sale will be "Unwound" and returned to the seller.  If this occurs, the Seller is responsible for all Transportation costs of vehicle.

  ** Buyer and Seller agree that once Frontline Solution makes a decision, its decisions are final and binding.  Buyer and Seller will be notified via Fax and/or Email on any Arbitrations, Adjustments, or Unwind notifications.
